Jilliok Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings whenever they are used:

• "Jilliok," "we," "us," "our" — refers to jilliok.best and the operating entity behind the platform.
• "Platform" — means the Jilliok website, any associated mobile applications, and all services made available through those channels.
• "Player," "you," "your" — means any individual who has registered a Jilliok account or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the registered player account created on the Jilliok platform.
• "Eligible Activity" — means real-money wagers and game rounds that qualify toward VIP tier progress, cashback calculations, and wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "PHP" or "₱" — means Philippine Peso, the only currency used on the Jilliok platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload bonus issued to an account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the total amount of eligible activity that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age confirmation process required for Jilliok account activation and withdrawal eligibility.

By creating a Jilliok account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Jilliok. They apply to all use of the platform including sports betting, live casino, baccarat, bingo, participation in promotions, and all financial transactions on the site.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number that you own and control.
• Your full legal name, date of birth, and current Philippine address must be accurate at the time of registration.

• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

KYC Verification

Jilliok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for the first time and may be required again following significant account activity or if suspicious patterns are detected. Accepted Philippine identification documents include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, or Voter's ID. Jilliok may request proof of address or proof of payment method at its discretion.

Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until documents are provided and reviewed.

The Jilliok platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older. This age requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout your use of the platform.

Jilliok may request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of withdrawal access pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Jilliok account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Jilliok will never ask you for your password via any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

• Do not share your Jilliok login credentials with any other person for any reason.
• Do not allow another person to access or use your Jilliok account on your behalf.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact Jilliok support immediately and change your password.
• Jilliok is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

All activity conducted through a Jilliok account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered the responsibility of the registered account holder unless reported as compromised prior to the activity occurring.

All Jilliok deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made using supported Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard are credited to your Jilliok account balance upon successful processing.

Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Jilliok does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits may be delayed in exceptional circumstances relating to third-party payment processing systems. Jilliok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Jilliok reserves the right to place a hold on deposits pending verification if unusual patterns are detected.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any betting or gaming activity and are held in an unverified account may be returned to the original payment source if verification is not completed within the requested timeframe.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Jilliok is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If GCash or Maya was used for the last deposit, Jilliok will process the withdrawal to that wallet. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete and in good standing.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts: typically under 60 seconds.
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers: typically within 1–2 banking hours during normal processing windows.
• Visa and Mastercard: up to 3–5 banking days depending on your issuing bank.
• VIP Platinum and Elite members receive priority processing ahead of the standard withdrawal queue.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Only withdrawable funds — real money balance not subject to active wagering requirements — may be requested for withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from active Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.
• Jilliok may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests made before active wagering requirements are completed will forfeit any pending Bonus Funds.

Jilliok offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP Club milestone rewards, and sports-specific offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated funds become withdrawable. The specific multiplier, eligible products, and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be removed from your account at expiry.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when a bonus is active. Exceeding the maximum bet per round or per stake while bonus funds are in play may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Jilliok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any promotional offer at any time and without notice if misuse is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Free bet bonuses are credited as free stake amounts and do not carry cash value. Winnings from free bets may be subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the promotion terms. Cashback bonuses may be issued as real money or bonus funds depending on the promotion — the type is clearly stated when credited.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Jilliok platform. Sport-specific settlement rules are available in the rules section for each respective sport and competition on the platform.

Bet Placement

• A bet is confirmed only when Jilliok displays a bet confirmation reference number. Until confirmation is received, no bet has been accepted.
• Odds displayed on the Jilliok platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time of confirmed acceptance, not those displayed when you first viewed the market.
• The minimum stake for a sports bet on Jilliok is ₱100. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and VIP tier.

Settlement and Cancellations

• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying period has been played (as defined per sport), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets may be settled on the score at the time of abandonment depending on the specific sport rules.
• Jilliok reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds due to system errors, data feed failures, or human error. Where a market is affected by palpable errors, Jilliok will notify affected accounts and process void returns as promptly as possible.
• In the event of a result dispute, Jilliok's decision based on official event results is final.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and are subject to suspension at any time during a live event. A bet submitted during an in-play market suspension will be accepted at the odds available when the market reopens, or rejected, depending on whether the requested odds are still available. Jilliok accepts no liability for betting decisions made based on in-play data feeds that may be delayed.

All casino games including live baccarat, slots, and table games on the Jilliok platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or, for live dealer games, physically dealt cards and equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the game mechanics and cannot be influenced by the platform or by other players.

• The minimum bet for casino games varies by game and table. The stated minimum bet at each game or table is displayed before play begins.
• If a casino game session is interrupted due to a technical failure before the round is complete, the relevant round will be settled according to the game provider's interruption policy. Partial round stakes are returned in the case of verified technical failures on Jilliok's side.
• Bingo tickets purchased are non-refundable once the game draw for which they are purchased has commenced.
• Jackpot prizes in bingo and progressive jackpot games are paid as stated in the game rules. Jackpot amounts displayed in the lobby are approximate and may vary slightly between display and award time due to the real-time nature of jackpot accumulation.

Jilliok is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity or under false details
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Jilliok platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly displayed odds in a systematic manner
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or from payment instruments not belonging to the registered account holder
• Any form of money laundering or using Jilliok for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming

Jilliok provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jilliok is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

• Consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits Jilliok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

You may close your Jilliok account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure request, any withdrawable real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification and after any pending bet settlements are resolved. Active Bonus Funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Jilliok reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, for breach of these terms, suspicious activity, prolonged inactivity, or regulatory reasons. In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, account funds may be held pending investigation before any return is processed.

Jilliok may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are published on this page with an updated date.
